Internet presentation or Internet pages www.input.rs are owned and managed by the company INPUT D.O.O. Belgrade, with official address in Belgrade, Zemun, Highway to Novi Sad No 150b. (hereinafter: INPUT).
By accessing the pages or using any part of their content, users accept these General Terms of Use of the Internet pages www.input.rs (hereinafter: General Terms), as well as all other rules and conditions of use of the relevant pages and services provided through them.
Changes to the General Terms and changes to the content of the internet presentation
INPUT reserves the right to change or supplement these General Terms at any time and such changes shall enter into force on the day of publication on the website.

In the case of any claims by third parties for damages against INPUT, and on any basis related to the content published by third parties, the person from whom that content originates assumes full responsibility for such damage as well asas well as the obligation to undertake all necessary actions in order to prevent or eliminated the occurrence of any adverse consequences for INPUT, including the obligation to compensate for all damages, in connection with that, possibly arising for INPUT.
INPUT reserves the right to change, temporarily suspend, delay and stop displaying or providing any content and services at any time and for any reason. INPUT also has the right to restrict access to certain services, content and parts thereof without prior notice.

- that he is the author of the said content, i.e. that he is authorized by the author or other holder of copyright or other intellectual property rights to publish such content, or to have the authority to publish such content
- that the content complies with all positive regulations
- that the publication of content protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights in any form will not in any way violate the rights of third parties, including in particular copyright and other intellectual property rights, reputation, honor and dignity, the right to privacy as well as other third party rights faces
- that the use of those contents on the pages will not cause damage, material or immaterial INPUT, to other users or third parties
- that the published content is complete, true and accurate
Responsibility
INPUT is not responsible for any damage that could occur due to the interruption of availability, non-publishing, i.e. deletion of content or errors in the operation of the pages, as well as due to lack of timeliness or inaccuracy of the content published on the Internet pages, bearing in mind that the content is of an exclusively informative nature.
INPUT does not assume any responsibility for possible hardware, software or any other damages that may occur on the user's computer equipment during the use of the www.input.rs website or any content published on the website as part of the said presentation.
